Manjeshwar Assembly constituency comprises the following areas of Kasaragod district in the Malabar region of Kerala: Enmakaje, Kumbla, Mangalpady, Manjeshwar, Meenja, Paivalike, Puthige and Vorkady Panchayats in Kasaragod Taluk.

This constituency covers an approximate area of 377 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Manjeshwar is: 12°40'21.0"N 74°59'27.2"E.

In the 2021 Kerala Assembly elections, A K M Ashraf of IUML won in this constituency beating K Surendran of BJP by a margin of 745 votes which was 0.43% of the total votes cast. In 2016, P B Abdul Razak of IUML was the winner in this seat beating K Surendran of BJP by a margin of 89 votes which was 0.06% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, P B Abdul Razak of MUL won this seat defeating K Surendran of BJP by a margin of 5828 votes which was 4.38% of the total votes polled for the seat.
