In 2013, Narayan Singh Panwar of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ram Chandra Dangi of INC by a margin of 3,088 votes which was 1.93% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 47.4% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Purshotam Dangi of INC won this seat beating Badrilal Yadav of BJP by a margin of 13,444 votes which was 11.77% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.47% in the seat.

This constituency covers an approximate area of 1,170 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Biaora is: 23°53'46.3"N 77°02'01.7"E.
