Damoh comprises of the following areas of Damoh district in the Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh: Damoh-1, Damoh-2 and Abhana RI Circles of Damoh Tehsil, 32 Anoo, 36 Pipariya (Bandakpur), 37 Balarpur, 38 Halgaj and 39 Bandakpur Patwari Circles of Hindoriya RI Circle of Damoh Tehsil and 3 Damoh (M) Municipality.

This constituency covers an approximate area of 959 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Damoh is: 23°44'00.2"N 79°26'25.1"E.
