In 2013, Balveer Singh Dandotiya of BSP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ravindra Singh Tomar Bhidausa of INC by a margin of 2,106 votes which was 1.69% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 35.78% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Shiv Mangal Singh Tomar of BJP won this seat beating Ravindra Singh Tomar of BSP by a margin of 256 votes which was 0.28% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 26.69% in the seat.
