Election results

In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Praveen Pathak of INC won in this seat defeating Narayan Singh Kushwah of BJP by a margin of 121 which was 0.08% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 36.98% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Narayan Singh Kushwah of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ramesh Agrawal of INC by a margin of 16,267 votes which was 12.17% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 51.36% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Narayan Singh Kushwah of BJP won this seat beating Rashmi Pawar Sharma of INC by a margin of 7,745 votes which was 8.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 44.07% in the seat.
