Election results

In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Manoj Narayan Singh Choudhary of INC won in this seat defeating Deepak Kailash Joshi of BJP by a margin of 13,519 which was 8.46% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 52.15% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Deepak Kailash Joshi of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Th Rajendra Singh Baghel of INC by a margin of 6,175 votes which was 4.41% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 49.18% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Deepak Kailash Joshi of BJP won this seat beating Baghel Rajendra Singh of INC by a margin of 220 votes which was 0.21% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 33.05% in the seat.
