Location

The geographic coordinates of Pandhurna is: 21°45'33.8"N 78°36'54.0"E. Pandhurna shares its borders with six other Assembly constituencies in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The other Madhya Pradesh Assembly constituencies adjacent to Pandhurna are: Junnardeo, Sausar, Chhindwara, Parasiya, Multai, Amla. This constituency shares an inter-state border with: Amravati and Nagpur districts of Maharashtra.

Election results

In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Nilesh Pusaram Uikey of INC won in this seat defeating Tikaram Korachi of BJP by a margin of 21,349 which was 12.83% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 48.17% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Jatan Uiky of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Tikaram Korachi of BJP by a margin of 1,478 votes which was 1.02% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 42.46% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Ramrao Kavdeti of BJP won this seat beating Dr Babulal Khandate of INC by a margin of 7,532 votes which was 7.05% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 36.11% in the seat.
