Tuivawl comprises of the following areas of Aizawl district in the Aizwal region of Mizoram: Villages mauchar, Kani, N Tinghmun, Zohmun, Palsang, upper Sakawrdai, lower Sakawrdai, N Khawdungsei, Vaitin, Khawpuar, luakchhuah, e Damdiai, Thingsat, New Vervek, lungsum, Ratu, Sunhluchhip, Sailutar, N Serzawl, Sawleng, Chhanchhuahna Khawpui, Kepran, e Phaileng, Pehlawn and Darlawn (Notified Town) in Darlawn R D Block.

This constituency covers an approximate area of 902 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Tuivawl is: 23°56'36.6"N 92°55'13.8"E.
