Location

The geographic coordinates of Nasirabad is: 26°19'15.6"N 74°25'15.6"E. Nasirabad shares its borders with nine other Assembly constituencies in the state of Rajasthan. The other Rajasthan Assembly constituencies adjacent to Nasirabad are: Pushkar, Ajmer North, Ajmer South, Kishangarh, Kekri, Masuda, Beawar, Jaitaran, Degana. This constituency shares an inter-state/international border with: no other state.

Election results

In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Ramswaroop Lamba of BJP won in this seat defeating Ramnarain of INC by a margin of 16,684 which was 9.83% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 52.7% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Sanwar Lal of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Mahendra Singh of INC by a margin of 28,900 votes which was 18.85% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 55.4% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Mahendra Singh of INC won this seat beating Sawar Lal of BJP by a margin of 71 votes which was 0.06% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.27% in the seat.
