Election results

In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Ashok Gehlot of INC won in this seat defeating Shambhu Singh of BJP by a margin of 45,597 which was 29.73% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 63.31% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Ashok Gehlot of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Sambhu Singh Khetasar of BJP by a margin of 18,478 votes which was 13.05% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 54.96% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Ashok Gehlot of INC won this seat beating Rajendra Gehlot of BJP by a margin of 15,340 votes which was 15.31% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 55.42% in the seat.
