Natham Assembly constituency comprises the following areas of Dindigul district in the West region of Tamil Nadu: Natham Taluk Dindigul Taluk (Part) Tottanuthu, Rajakkapatti, Madur, Siluvathur, Vanganmanuthu, Markkampatti, Vajraservaikarankottai, Vathilathoppampatti, Thetthampatti, Ragalapuram, Koovanuthu, Adiyanuthu, A.Vellodu, Viralipatti, Vadakattupatti, Shanarpatti, Virasinnampatti, Avilipatti, Maranuthu, Jothampatti, Pudupatti, Sakkiliankodai, Timmananallur, Vembarpatti, Anjukulipatti, Konapatti, Emakkalapuram, Tavasimadai, Sirumalai, Kombaipatti, Sengurichi, Kambiliampatti, and Kanavaipatti villages. Panjampatti (TP).

This constituency covers an approximate area of 1152 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Natham is: 10°16'03.7"N 78°08'56.0"E.

According to data released by the Election Commission of India, In 2021, this seat registered a turnout of 78.95%, while it was 80.02% in 2016, and 85% in 2011.

In the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, Natham R Viswanathan of AIADMK won in this constituency beating M A Andi Ambalam of DMK by a margin of 11932 votes which was 5.33% of the total votes cast. In 2016, Andi Ambalam M.A of DMK was the winner in this seat beating Shajahan S of AIADMK by a margin of 2110 votes which was 1.02% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, Viswanathan.R. of AIADMK won this seat defeating Vijayan.K of DMK by a margin of 53089 votes which was 30.12% of the total votes polled for the seat.
