Rosalpatti (CT), Virudhunagar (M) and Kooraikundu (CT). In the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, Seenivasan A R R of DMK won in this constituency beating Pandurangan G of BJP by a margin of 21339 votes which was 13.32% of the total votes cast. In 2016, Seenivasan A.R.R of DMK was the winner in this seat beating Kalanithi.K of AIADMK by a margin of 2870 votes which was 1.87% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, Pandiarajan.K of DMDK won this seat defeating Armstrongnaveen.T. of INC by a margin of 21286 votes which was 15.89% of the total votes polled for the seat.
