Dubrajpur Assembly constituency comprises the following areas of Birbhum district in the South West Bengal region of West Bengal: 1. CDB Khoyrasol, 2. Dubrajpur (M), 3. Balijuri, Hetampur, Jashpur, Laxmi Narayanpur, Loba and Paduma GPs of CDB Dubrajpur

This constituency covers an approximate area of 467 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Dubrajpur is: 23°47'51.4"N 87°17'48.8"E.

According to data released by the Election Commission of India, In 2021, this seat registered a turnout of 81.05%, while it was 84.3% in 2016, and 86.86% in 2011.

In the 2021 West Bengal Assembly elections, Anup Kumar Saha of BJP won in this constituency beating Debabrata Saha of TMC by a margin of 3863 votes which was 1.92% of the total votes cast. In 2016, Chandra Naresh Bauri of TMC was the winner in this seat beating Bijoy Bagdi of AIFB by a margin of 39894 votes which was 21.88% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2011 Assembly elections, Bijoy Bagdi of AIFB won this seat defeating Santoshi Saha of TMC by a margin of 2713 votes which was 1.72% of the total votes polled for the seat.
