battle for states

Voting for the 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka takes place in two phases on April 26 and May 7, 2024. A total of 5.38 crore voters are eligible to participate in the general election. The state allocates 5 seats for Scheduled Castes and two for Scheduled Tribes. In the 2019 election, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won 25 out of the 28 seats.
