The 2024 Lok Sabha election in Maharashtra spans 5 phases, beginning on April 19 and concluding on May 20. Maharashtra's 48 seats include 5 reserved for Scheduled Castes and 4 for Scheduled Tribes. The state ranks second in terms of the number of seats in Lok Sabha and has an electorate of 9.14 crore voters. In 2019, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) along with its alliance partner Shiv Sena emerged victorious, securing 23 seats and 18 seats respectively.
