Location

The geographic coordinates of Indore-4 is: 22°42'50.8"N 75°52'28.2"E. Indore-4 shares its borders with four other Assembly constituencies in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The other Madhya Pradesh Assembly constituencies adjacent to Indore-4 are: Indore-1, Depalpur, Indore-3, Rau. This constituency shares an inter-state border with: no other state.

Election results

In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Malini Lakshman Singh Gaur of BJP won in this seat defeating Surjeet Singh Ujagar Singh Chadda of INC by a margin of 43,090 which was 25.65% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 61.12% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Malini Laxman Singh Gaur of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Suresh Minda of INC by a margin of 33,823 votes which was 21.79% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 59.28% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Malini Laxman Singh Gaur of BJP won this seat beating Govind Manghani(Gop) of INC by a margin of 28,043 votes which was 27.28% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 62.18% in the seat.
