Location

The geographic coordinates of Mandsour is: 23°57'20.5"N 75°01'31.8"E. Mandsour shares its borders with two other Assembly constituencies in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The other Madhya Pradesh Assembly constituencies adjacent to Mandsour are: Jaora, Malhargarh. This constituency shares an inter-state border with: Pratapgarh district of Rajasthan.

Election results

In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Yashpal Singh Sisodiya of BJP won in this seat defeating Narendra Nahata of INC by a margin of 18,370 which was 9.4% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 52.52% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Yashpal Singh Sisodiya of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Mahendra Singh Gurjar of INC by a margin of 24,295 votes which was 14.05% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 49.14% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Yashpal Singh Sisodiya of BJP won this seat beating Mahendra Singh Gurjar of INC by a margin of 1,685 votes which was 1.28% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 45.73% in the seat.
