In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Hardeep Singh of INC won in this seat defeating Radheshyam Patidar of BJP by a margin of 350 which was 0.17% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 45.03% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Hardeep Singh Dung of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Radheshyam Nanalal Patidar of BJP by a margin of 7,125 votes which was 3.86% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 47.46% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Radhe Shyam-Nanalal Patidar of BJP won this seat beating Hardeep Singh Dang of INC by a margin of 6,849 votes which was 4.74% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 46.21% in the seat.
