Ward No.43 And 46 To 48 Of Cuttack (MC).

In the 2019 Odisha Assembly elections, Chandra Sarathi Behera of BJD won in this constituency beating Dilip Kumar Mallick of BJP by a margin of 26,079 votes which was 16.74% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Chandra Sarathi Behera of BJD was the winner in this seat beating Dilip Kumar Mallick of BJP by a margin of 25,791 votes which was 18.44% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Kalindi Behera of BJD won this seat defeating Ashima Mahananda of INC by a margin of 49,344 votes which was 43.94% of the total votes polled for the seat.
