In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Nirmal Kumawat of BJP won in this seat defeating Vidhadhar Singh of INC by a margin of 1,132 which was 0.62% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 40.57% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Nirmal Kumawat of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Bajrang of INC by a margin of 24,297 votes which was 15.75% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 54.92% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Nirmal Kumawat of BJP won this seat beating Dr Hari Singh of INC by a margin of 2,710 votes which was 2.09% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 45.69% in the seat.
