In 2013, Khemaram of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Master Bhanwarlal of INC by a margin of 13,649 votes which was 8.74% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 50.54% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Master Bhanwarlal of INC won this seat beating Khemaram of BJP by a margin of 14,061 votes which was 11.66% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 46.69% in the seat.
