In 2013, M Randhir Singh Bhinder of IND emerged victorious in this seat beating Gajendra Singh Shaktawat of INC by a margin of 13,167 votes which was 7.56% of the total votes polled in the constituency. IND had a vote share of 42.98% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Gajendra Singh Shaktawat of INC won this seat beating M Randheer Singh Bhindar of BJP by a margin of 6,660 votes which was 4.75% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 42.81% in the seat.
