Padmanabhapuram Villukkuri (TP), Alur (TP), Eraniel (TP), Kallukuttam (TP), Neyyoor (TP), Reethapuram (TP), Colachel (M), Manavalakurichi (TP), Mandaikadu (TP), Thingalnagar (TP), Valvatchagoastam (TP), Mulagumodu (TP), Vellimalai (TP) and Kappiara (TP).

This constituency covers an approximate area of 158 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Colachel is: 8°11'39.5"N 77°18'46.4"E.
