A total of four Assembly constituencies in the state of Telangana share borders with Achampet constituency, which are: Nagarkurnool, Kalwakurthy, Kollapur, Devarakonda. This constituency shares an inter-state border with Nandyal and Prakasam districts of Andhra Pradesh.
