Election results

In the 2018 Telangana Assembly elections, Anjaiah Yelganamoni of TRS won in this seat defeating Chowlapally Pratap Reddy of INC by a margin of 20,425 which was 12.27% of the total votes cast for the seat. TRS had a vote share of 43.43% in 2018 in this seat.
