In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Anilbhau Babar of SS won in this constituency beating Sadashivrao Hanmantrao Patil of IND by a margin of 25,774 votes which was 11.88% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Anilbhau Babar of SS was the winner in this seat beating Patil Sadashivrao Hanmantrao of INC by a margin of 19,797 votes which was 9.08% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Patil Sadashivrao Hanamantrao of INC won this seat defeating Babar Anilrao Kaljerao of IND by a margin of 2,989 votes which was 1.62% of the total votes polled for the seat.
