In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Devyani Suhas Pharande of BJP won in this constituency beating Hemlata Ninad Patil of INC by a margin of 28,267 votes which was 18.20% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Farande Devayani Suhas of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Vasant (Bhau) Nivrutti Gite of MNS by a margin of 28,272 votes which was 17.59% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Gite Vasantrao Nivrutti of MNS won this seat defeating Dr Bachchhav Shobha Dinesh of INC by a margin of 31,169 votes which was 23.27% of the total votes polled for the seat.
