In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Seema Mahesh Hiray (Seematai) of BJP won in this constituency beating Dr Apoorva Prashant Hiray of NCP by a margin of 9,822 votes which was 04.49% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Hiray Seema Mahesh (Seematai) of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Badgujar Sudhakar Bhika of SS by a margin of 29,670 votes which was 14.99% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Bhosale Nitin Keshavrao of MNS won this seat defeating Nana Mahale of NCP by a margin of 24,738 votes which was 16.39% of the total votes polled for the seat.
