In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Dattatray Vithoba Bharane of NCP won in this constituency beating Harshavardhan Shahajirao Patil of BJP by a margin of 2,859 votes which was 01.22% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Dattatray Vithoba Bharne of NCP was the winner in this seat beating Patil Harshwardhan Shahajirao of INC by a margin of 14,173 votes which was 6.5% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Patil Harshavardhan Shahajirao of INC won this seat defeating Dattatray Vithoba Bharane of IND by a margin of 7,960 votes which was 4.17% of the total votes polled for the seat.
