In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Bhuse Dadaji Dagdu of SS won in this constituency beating Dr Tushar Ramkrushna Shewale of INC by a margin of 47,892 votes which was 23.54% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Bhuse Dadaji Dagdu of SS was the winner in this seat beating Thakre Pawan Yashvant of BJP by a margin of 37,421 votes which was 20.68% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Bhuse Dadaji Dagadu of SS won this seat defeating Hiray Prashant Vyankatrao of NCP by a margin of 30,064 votes which was 16.67% of the total votes polled for the seat.
