In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Dr Vinay Vilasrao Kore (Savkar) of JSS won in this constituency beating Satyajit Babasaheb Patil (Aba) Sarudkar of SS by a margin of 27,699 votes which was 11.97% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Satyajeet Babasaheb Patil (Aba) Sarudkar of SS was the winner in this seat beating Kore Vinay Vilasrao (Savakar) of JSS by a margin of 388 votes which was 0.19% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Vinay Vilasrao Kore (Savkar) of JSS won this seat defeating Patil Satyajit Babaso of SS by a margin of 8,311 votes which was 4.28% of the total votes polled for the seat.
