In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Chiranjeev Rao of INC won in this constituency beating Sunil Kumar of BJP by a margin of 1,317 votes which was 00.84% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Randhir Singh Kapriwas of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Satish Yadav of INLD by a margin of 45,466 votes which was 29.66% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ajay Singh S/O Abhey Singh of INC won this seat defeating Satish S/O Roshan Lal of IND by a margin of 13,288 votes which was 11.03% of the total votes polled for the seat.
