In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Devender Singh Babli of JJP won in this constituency beating Subhash Barala of BJP by a margin of 52,302 votes which was 29.45% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Subhash Barala of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Nishan Singh of INLD by a margin of 6,906 votes which was 3.99% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Paramvir Singh of INC won this seat defeating Nishan Singh of INLD by a margin of 3,852 votes which was 2.8% of the total votes polled for the seat.
