In 2014, Udai Bhan of INC was the winner in this seat beating Jagdish Nayar of INLD by a margin of 11,680 votes which was 9.57% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Jagdish Nayar of INLD won this seat defeating Uday Bhan of INC by a margin of 2,621 votes which was 2.79% of the total votes polled for the seat.
