In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Leela Ram of BJP won in this constituency beating Randeep Singh Surjewala of INC by a margin of 1,246 votes which was 00.79% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Randeep Singh Surjewala of INC was the winner in this seat beating Kailash Bhagat of INLD by a margin of 23,675 votes which was 15.6% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Randeep Singh Surjewala of INC won this seat defeating Kailash Bhagat of INLD by a margin of 22,502 votes which was 19.27% of the total votes polled for the seat.
