Nayab Singh Saini is the Chief Minister of Haryana and BJP MLA from Karnal. He won the Assembly bypoll from the Karnal seat after former CM Manohar Lal Khattar resigned to take over his role at the Centre. He will be fighting the Haryana Assembly elections 2024 from the Ladwa constituency. Saini was BJP’s Lok Sabha MP from Kurukshetra from 2019 to 2024. He resigned as an MP after becoming the Chief Minister of Haryana earlier in 2024. According to his affidavit, Saini has movable assets worth Rs 68 lakh and immovable assets worth Rs 4.15 crore.
