Election result of bypolls to 48 Assembly seats across 14 states and 2 Parliamentary seats in 2 states that went to polls on November 13 and 20, 2024. The Assembly constituencies in the following states witnessed bye-elections: Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. Additionally, one Parliamentary constituency each from Kerala and Maharashtra went to by-elections as well. Lone candidate from two Assembly seats Soreng-Chakhung and Namchi-Singhithang in the state of Sikkim were elected unopposed.
